What is a good NLP(Neuro-linguistic programming) book?

Introducing NLP by O'Connor and Andreas. It was the first one I read, and it's really a great introduction. I've gone on to read a lot on the subject and understand it quite well, and everything you need to know is covered in that book. To get to the "primary source" material of NLP, so to speak, get the books by Bandler & Grinder as a team: Trance-formations, Frogs Into Princes, Structure of Magic I & II, Patterns of the Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H Erickson I & II. I haven't even read all of those, just a few, they are loaded with (superfluous) information--Introducing NLP is as good of a condensed version as you will find.
