Thanks for your comments for my previous query, once again i would like ask a new one. My query is how to control our mind and keep it in right way, because i have an interest to watch adult pictures and movies. Then i started to masturbate. I know its the wrong thing and bad for health, however i cant able to control this habit. I do lot of meditation and yoga to forget this habit. But iam unable to forget. Please help me how to keep mind control and avoid watching porn movies and masturbate
