is it possible to intentionally wipe out from ur mind certain time of ur life?

i wanna know if theres some medical or hypnosis, i dunno any way to like erase from the brain certain time in ur life, like one year, 2 months, erase from ur mind certain amount of time, so u could forget it?

This is possible using hypnosis and is called rescripting. This is not suggested and its better to use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to release the emotions you encountered during that stress times. The image would be there in your mind but there would not be any emotion attached to it.

You can never wipe out a scene completely from your subconcious mind but your concious mind can be induced to foget this memory.
