Hypnosis Anxiety

Have you ever used Hypnosis to help with a phobia, OCD, anxiety or paranoia?

Phobias, OCD, Anxiety etc can easily be treated with Hypnotherapy. The client is normally taken to the Initial Sensitizing Event (ISE) which triggered off this response with him/her. This emotion and image is stored in the subconcious mind and whenever an simlair situation arises the emotion is released which could be a fear response.

For example you have a fear of bees and there would be a certain incident which could have happened to you which the concious mind has fogotten. This could be a current life or past life(dependes on belief system of client) trigger. The therapist with a few commands ask the subconcious mind to move to the particular trigger and the client automatically starts voicing out the event.

Then all that needs to be done is to desensitize this even using EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) and then releasing the emotion. ALso any subsequent events are looked for and then released. This removes the phobia completely and you will be surprised to know that even if a bee crawls on your hand it will not affect you other than the natural response.
