What are your thoughts of hypnotism?
I have never been hypnotized before but i have seen various videos on youtube. obviously for a good actor it would be easy to fake. has anyone had a first hand experience of hypnosis . what are you thoughts? real or fake?
all hypnotism is, is deep relaxation.
