The Power of Hypnosis
Most people seem to think that hypnotism is just a "show" put on by stage magicians, but the truth is - when used correctly - hypnotism can be a powerful and real tool. We've named this site "Stage Hypnotist Show" to highlight the misconception people have about hypnosis. Now, this doesn't mean you're going to be able to make someone cluck like a chicken, or think he is someone (or something) else, but you will be able to achieve results you never thought possible. To keep it simple, I generally break the field of hypnotism down into two categories: (1) self-hypnosis; and (2) the hypnosis of others.
Self-Hypnosis

Self-hypnosis is a proven method of deep relaxation that can change your emotions and behavior or the way you think and feel. It is also often used to control pain and reducie stress. Self-hypnosis is a self-induced state of deep relaxation attained by either listening to a recording or by bringing yourself into a trance.
The thought of hypnotizing yourself can be daunting, or even scary, but the truth is that it's fairly easy to learn self hypnosis. Just like anything else in life, the more you practice the better you will be at it...the key is to take it easy and start with simple goals. If you try too hard to enter into a trance, it's unlikely you will be able to relax, making it even more difficult.
The key to successful self-hypnosis is to relax and let the hypnotic state take over by itself. Try to avoid analyzing what is happening in order to dis-engage the conscious mind.
Hypnotizing Others

At some point in life, everyone has hoped to establish a greater influence over others. Whether it's for business reasons, social situations, friendships or relationships, the proper use of language can have a profound impact on the listner and drive home the idea or point you are trying to get across. By speaking directly to the subconscious mind, the hypnotic language allows you to speak to anyone without them being aware of your methods! It basically involves your tone of voice and how you intone certain words. If you put are aware of how to put the proper amount of emphasis each word in a sentence, you can change it from being a question or proposal into a command.
I encourage you to browse through our website and learn a little more about the power of hypnotism.
